The purpose of this form is to gather data that can be disseminated to members to help them make purchasing decisions. If you have bought a machine that did not perform as promised, or a product that was of inferior quality, this is your opportunity to let others and the supplier know of the problem. Conversely, if you are delighted with a product you have purchased, you can also make this known to members.
You are invited to submit several user comments forms for different products if you wish, and after submitting all your details the first time, you can then just type your email address for additional submissions.
The business and person(s) submitting this report submision will be kept completely confidential, and no disclosure of your personal details will be made to the supplier without your permission. It may be used together with other submissions when a trend is shown to publish a report, and it may be the basis for requesting a response from the supplier.
